60 Minute Reiki Session
Spiritual trauma, whether from a singularly catastrophic event or built up over time, can be a substantial impediment to living a whole, healthy life. This 60 minute, one-on-one Reiki Session will rebalance and restore the natural flow of your luminous/spiritual energy, freeing you to break old patterns and make new, healthier choices.
60 Minute Sound Bath Therapy
Lie back, rest, recover, and dream - in this fully immersive auditory experience. Various vibrational tools are used to reset and realign your spirit in this comprehensive and gently powerful therapeutic session.
Available for private and group sessions.
Personalized Luminous Healing Work
Luminous Healing sessions may incorporate various spiritual modalities, including auric reading, crystal work, incense, therapeutic stretching poses, hand trembling, etc. Treatment sessions are highly personalized, based on the individual needs of the soul, and include a complimentary diagnostic session.
Reiki I
Training & Attunement
Looking to be of service, facilitate healing for those in need, and make the world a better place? Reiki I will teach you the fundamentals of being a conduit for Divine spirit energy. This course is comprehensive with an exploration of Reiki (what it is, how it works, and how to use it), examination of the history of the art, guidance for the responsible use of Reiki, and ‘best practices’ to set up patients for their Best Possible Outcome.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will have an opportunity for attunement to the Reiki I Power Symbol.
Reiki II
Training & Attunement
Looking to refine your skills and increase your utility to those in need? Reiki II will cover four additional symbols, allowing you more tools with which to effect impeccable change within various, more sophisticated, scenarios.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will have an opportunity for attunement to these additional symbols.
Reiki III
Training & Attunement
Looking to step into greater responsibility and take your service further? Reiki III will incorporate four more symbols, additional meditation techniques, exploration of chakra balancing, etc.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will have an opportunity for attunement to these additional symbols.
Reiki Master Training & Attunement
Reiki Master, perhaps more appropriately called Advanced Reiki Teacher (ART) Training, offers students the chance to learn how to pass Reiki training and attunements on to others. Only students who have been fully trained and attuned in the first three stages of this program, by Luminous Healing instructors are eligible for this class.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will have an opportunity for attunement to these three penultimate, symbols of activation.
Self Defense & Personal Protection
Self-defense courses are easy and fun to do, either one-on-one or in group settings. They are designed specifically for non-martial artists, using just your body weight, to escape attackers who are likely to be larger and faster than you. The focus is on threat awareness and avoidance, as well as on simple, natural movements to escape danger… and bring you home ALIVE!
